How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during peak summer months (July & August). That said, last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just give us a call or WhatsApp at +385 95 537 5423.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. In the event of bad weather that makes sailing unsafe, we will always reschedule or refund in full.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
We typically ask for a small deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder paid on the day of the tour. We’ll confirm the details when you contact us.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, a towel, comfortable swimwear and a light layer for the sea breeze. Snorkeling gear, refreshments and life jackets are all provided by us.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements or special requests?
Absolutely. Just let us know in advance — whether it’s dietary needs, a special occasion setup, specific music or anything else. We love going the extra mile to make your experience perfect.
